This policy explains what LenDen collects, why, and who else is involved. It covers the LenDen application and the articles we publish at /blog. LenDen is operated by SataniLabs (Satani Technologies), Surat, Gujarat, India.
Account information. Your email address, and any profile or business details you enter — business name, display name, and preferences.
Your ledger data. The parties, transactions, amounts, notes, and dates you record. This is your business data. We store it so the app can compute balances and show you history. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to target ads.
Payment identifiers. Subscription and order identifiers returned by our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interaction events — collected by the analytics and advertising services described in sections 5 and 6.
To provide the service (authentication, syncing your ledger, computing balances), to process and renew subscriptions, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and keep accounts secure, to understand which features get used, and to fund the free tier through advertising on our article pages.
Your data is stored in Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies, so each account can only read and write its own rows. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service.
Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. When you check out, Razorpay collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the identifiers needed to record that your subscription is active.
We use the following services to understand how LenDen is used. They may set cookies or similar identifiers:
To avoid Google Analytics measurement, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can opt out of Clarity by blocking clarity.ms in your browser or via an extension.
Google AdSense. We display advertising supplied by Google on our article pages under /blog. We do not show ads inside the signed-in application, and no ad code runs on the pages where you manage your ledger.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. We do not receive the personal data these vendors collect, and — to be explicit — your parties, transactions, and balances are never shared with any advertiser or ad network.
Consent. In regions that require it, a consent management platform asks for your choices before personalised advertising and non-essential measurement run, and passes those choices to our partners. You can reopen it at any time from the privacy link in the consent banner.
How to opt out. Turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices. For detail on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google's partner-sites policy.
We use cookies and browser storage for three purposes: essential (keeping you signed in, remembering your active business and theme — the app cannot work without these), measurement (section 5), and advertising (section 6). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block essential cookies you will not be able to stay signed in.
We share data only with the processors named in this policy — Supabase (hosting and database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Razorpay (payments), Google (analytics and advertising), and Microsoft (Clarity) — and where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data.
We keep your account and ledger data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your ledger data and profile from our production database, except where we must retain payment records for tax and accounting purposes. Email support@satanilabs.com to request deletion.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You can export your ledger yourself from the app (CSV and PDF). For anything else, email hello@satanilabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
LenDen is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
