These terms govern your use of the LenDen application and the articles we publish at /blog. LenDen is operated by SataniLabs (Satani Technologies), Surat, Gujarat, India.
By using LenDen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LenDen provides tools to record transactions and party balances. Balances are derived from entries you make; you are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
Pro features may require a paid subscription billed through Razorpay. Fees, renewal dates, and cancellation options are presented at checkout. Failure to pay may result in loss of Pro access.
You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, or use LenDen for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LenDen is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LenDen and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
The ledger data you enter belongs to you. You can export it as CSV or PDF at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. How we handle it — and the processors involved — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our articles are general guidance for small-business owners, not professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Where we compare other products, we describe them as they were documented on the date shown on the article. Article pages carry advertising supplied by Google; we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for third-party ad content or the sites it links to. Advertising revenue does not influence our recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
